In case of emergencies outside the opening hours of bauverein AG, you can contact the company Sicherheitsdienst Conrad GmbH by telephone. They will organise all the necessary steps for you.

Emergencies include, for example, failure of the lift system or heating, gas or water damage.

The costs for unauthorised commissioning of companies that are not provided by bauverein AG for the emergency service will not be reimbursed. This also applies to work caused by your own fault. bauverein AG also reserves the right to check the necessity of every emergency service assignment.
