We build for southern Hesse

bauverein AG's new construction projects and major modernisations.

The bauverein AG portfolio currently comprises almost 17,000 flats. However, we are constantly working on expanding this and improving the quality of our buildings. To this end, we are building new properties in many places in southern Hesse and expanding the range of flats on offer. At the same time, we are continuously modernising properties and improving the energy efficiency of the buildings.
