HEAG Wohnbau GmbH takes care of condominium and third-party management. The subsidiary of bauverein AG offers services relating to condominium management - from support services to the preparation of owners' meetings.

bvd Gewerbe GmbH is a subsidiary of bauverein AG, Darmstadt, which can look back on six decades of experience in the development, construction and management of commercial property. On behalf of the parent company, bvd Gewerbe GmbH lets and manages a portfolio of approx. 340 commercial properties with a total area of approx. 100,000 m² in Darmstadt and southern Hesse.

In addition to managing the property portfolio, the company's activities focus on creating new utilisation concepts for commercial space. Our aim here is to offer each tenant a "customised property with a face" - unique offices in prime locations, catering space with a special ambience, retail space in frequented surroundings.

BVD New Living GmbH & Co KG, a wholly owned subsidiary of bauverein AG, is primarily responsible for the conversion of the Lincoln Estate, a former housing estate of the US armed forces, which was acquired by the Federal Agency for Real Estate (BImA) in mid-2014. Under the direction of the company, a modern urban neighbourhood with an innovative energy and mobility concept for around 5,000 people is being created on the 244,000 m² site.

BVD New Living is also responsible for the conversion of the former Cambrai-Fritsch barracks and Jefferson estate - directly opposite the Lincoln estate. More than 3,000 people are expected to live in the future Ludwigshöhviertel neighbourhood.

The aim of bauTega GmbH is to supply tenants with heat and energy, to carry out modernisation, maintenance and repair work on the relevant heating systems and to manage the supply and storage of energy for the properties in question. bauTega is also responsible for replacing and operating the systems in the properties.

Wohnungsgesellschaft HEGEMAG GmbH & Co. Südhessen KG is a subsidiary of bauverein AG.

The company manages flats in the southern Hesse region on behalf of the parent company and currently has a portfolio of around 4,200 flats.
