Housing projects represent a contemporary form of communal living. They promote lively neighbourhoods and focus on togetherness. They create a strong sense of community and promote social interaction between residents. In addition, housing projects provide an innovative response to the challenges of demographic change by seeking solutions for age-appropriate living at an early stage. The integration of different generations plays a central role here, and multi-generational housing projects can thus contribute to a supportive and enriching living environment.
As a property service provider, we are aware that we as landlords play a key role here. For this reason, we began looking at solutions for age-appropriate living at an early stage and have addressed the issue of multi-generational housing projects.
bauverein AG actively supports innovative forms of housing and is currently involved in co-operation with two projects.
The Lincoln estate is colourful. Four residential projects are being realised in the middle of the new neighbourhood. One of these is the "Zusammenhaus Lincoln", which is being built in collaboration with the association and bauverein AG. The motto "Together we can make something of it!" shows what is important to the association: Neighbourly living and mutual support in everyday life.
The rental housing project comprises 47 flats, 12 of which are subsidised. Move-in is planned for July 2021.
There are currently still flats available.
