Following the completion of the construction project in Helgolandring in Münster in 2005, bauverein AG erects the same building again on the neighbouring plot. The foundation stone is laid for this second building, with nine council flats for large families.

The construction of 36 family-friendly flats in Elisabeth-Schumacher-Straße begins.

Following the laying of the foundation stone in 2006, the topping-out ceremony for the townhouse at Mathildenhöhe can now be celebrated. The new building is located in the direct neighbourhood of the so-called "Neufert-Meisterbau" and takes up the height and alignment of the lower part of the building in order to ensure its integration into the urban environment.

As the pupils of the Ludwig-Georgs-Gymnasium have not yet had suitable rooms for lunchtime supervision, this year bauverein AG is converting the premises at Kirchstraße 8 in Darmstadt, which are within walking distance of the school, into the "Aquarium" school café.
