Frankfurter Landstraße 131-133b

Following the demolition of the old fire station at the beginning of 2021, work on the new building at Frankfurter Landstrasse 131 -133b has been underway since summer 2021. A U-shaped, 3-storey building with an underground car park is being built parallel to Frankfurter Landstrasse, as well as 3 terraced houses in the eastern part of the site. A total of 30 flats are being built, 12 of which are publicly subsidised, and a meeting point for the Arheilgen district association is also being created on the ground floor. The flats in the main building are arranged around a green inner courtyard and are accessed via arcades. All flats fulfil the KfW40 standard and have open spaces in the form of loggias, terraces or balconies. Almost all of the flats will be barrier-free.

There will be 1 to 5-room flats. The flats range in size from approx. 33 to approx. 120 square metres. There are 19 car parking spaces in the underground car park and tenant cellars and bicycle parking spaces in the basement. There will also be a playground, a neighbourhood square with appropriate greenery and a parking space for a cargo bike.
