In early summer 2009, bauverein AG completed the energy modernisation of the high-rise building at Grundstrasse 31 - 33, which had already begun in 2008, with additional fire protection measures being carried out at the property at Grundstrasse 31 - 33.In order to improve the quality of living, the major modernisation was completed with a comprehensive refurbishment of the outdoor facilities, which was the logical continuation of the modernisation of the residential buildings.
