At Haardtring 362, bauverein AG had a new building with 16 subsidised flats constructed with funding from the Hessian state programme "Social Rental Housing". The building has four storeys and a flat roof; the flat mix comprises six 3-room flats and ten 4-room flats

All flats have a balcony, barrier-free access via a lift and are designed to be barrier-free. They also have spacious floor plans, large windows and a front balcony.
