Hölgesstraße 17+19

Eight additional flats were created as part of a
major modernisation project with a parallel extension (one full storey and one attic storey), which bauverein AG had carried out at Hölgestraße 17 and 19 in Darmstadt in 2015. The twelve existing flats in the building, which dates back to 1954, are all being modernised individually. Bathrooms were renovated and enlarged by merging them with the WC, and floor plans were optimised. The building's electrical system was overhauled in accordance with legal requirements. The building itself was modernised in accordance with EnEV 2014. Windows were replaced and the roof and basement ceilings were insulated.
