Lincoln estate, N4

The project on construction site N4 in the Lincoln estate was completed in spring 2023. A total of 58 flats have been built there in the centre of the neighbourhood. In addition to the flats, N4 offers a community hall, the neighbourhood café, a youth club, a daycare centre and office space for the neighbourhood management. All roofs have been greened and all parking spaces have been prepared for e-mobility.
