Ludwigshöhviertel, Cluster 2

Six buildings with a total of 94 flats are being built in the new neighbourhood on the former US barracks site. All flats are publicly subsidised (52 of them are for low incomes, 42 for medium incomes). The total living space is around 7,760 square metres. They are being built to the kfw 40 energy standard (efficiency house). These are system houses in timber hybrid construction by the company B&O. The houses will have a green façade and a green roof.
