The property, built in 1956 in solid construction, is a listed building. The construction project includes both the modernisation of 20 residential units in an occupied state and the addition of 5 further residential units.

The building will be modernised in terms of energy efficiency and connected to the district heating system. The graphic decorations on the existing façade will be transferred to the new façade. The colour scheme will be researched by a restorer and agreed with the monument protection authority. Windows and doors will be reproduced true to the original in compliance with current energy standards. The bathrooms will be modernised and the supply lines renewed.
