The building will be modernised in terms of energy efficiency and connected to the district heating system. The graphic decorations on the existing façade will be transferred to the new façade. The colour scheme will be researched by a restorer and agreed with the monument protection authority. Windows and doors will be reproduced true to the original in compliance with current energy standards. The bathrooms will be modernised and the supply lines renewed.
