Soderstr. 101 and Inselstraße 15a

The major modernisation of Inselstraße 15a /Soderstaße 101 began right at the start of 2017. The flats in the building, which dates back to the late 1950s, were gutted first, followed by the demolition of the roof.

Two new flats were created in the course of the roof renovation; one existing flat was converted into a maisonette. The scope of modernisation also included new front balconies, façade insulation and a new coat of paint as well as the replacement of the windows. Thanks to the energy-efficient refurbishment, the property fulfils the Kfw 115 standard.
