Wenckstaße 2 + 2a

In order to create additional living space, bauverein AG combined the major modernisation of the property
at Wenckstrasse 2 / 2a, Darmstadt, which was built in 1957, with the conversion of the top floor. Four new rental flats with attractive loggias were created in this way; the bathrooms have level-access showers. The existing flats were given new bathrooms and, in some cases, new balconies.
