Wienerstrasse 44-46

Since September 2020, the apartment building with a total of 11 residential units at Wienerstrasse 44-46 has undergone extensive modernisation. The energy-efficient refurbishment of the entire building envelope and the replacement of the building entrance and flat entrance doors were carried out. The major modernisation was completed in the first quarter of 2021.
