To make your start with us as pleasant (and easy) as possible, we have compiled important information about our company for you on this onboarding website and invite you to explore it.

Regardless of your future place of work, your first working day will begin at 8.30 a.m. at our main site at Siemensstrasse 20, where you will be welcomed by us and given initial important information about our company during a short introductory event. You will also find out who your future contact persons are and receive information on internal regulations, such as our time recording system.
You will then be given your work materials, such as a laptop, so that you can start your new job fully equipped. We will take a photo of you so that all our colleagues are informed of your arrival, which will be used for internal communication within the company (e.g. in our "Outlook" e-mail communication system or in the telephone directory).
In addition to its headquarters at Siemensstrasse 20, bauverein AG has other locations. The construction and project management team, which is responsible in particular for the new Ludwigshöhviertel development, is based at Cooperstraße 1, while the customer service team for portfolio management "South" is located at Heidelberger Landstraße 186b and technical building management, including management operations, can be found at Elisabethenstraße 62a. Social management, meanwhile, can be found at Kirchtanne 6.
bauverein AG wants to act sustainably and protect the environment. All our locations are easily accessible by public transport:
We want to be accessible to our customers at the Siemensstraße location at all times, which is why we ask that you leave the visitor car parks free for them. Please contact us in advance to find out where you can park.
In Cooperstraße, parking is free in the area in front of the building, while in Elisabethenstraße and Heidelberger Landstraße you can park in the underground car park. Although the "Kirchtanne" site does not have reserved parking spaces for employees, there are plenty of free parking spaces in the immediate vicinity.
Employees can have a job ticket issued by bauverein AG. For employees who live in the Darmstadt city area, this costs €15.00/month. All those who live outside the city area receive it for €25.00/month. The ticket is valid for the entire RMV area. In addition, one adult and any number of children under the age of 15 can travel on the ticket at weekends and every day from 7.00 pm to 5.00 am. The ticket is free of charge for our trainees. The ticket can be cancelled once a year on 31 December. If you are interested, please let your contact person know.
You can find a few addresses here so that you know in advance how to cater for yourself. If you bring something with you instead, you can use our coffee kitchens. Fridges and microwaves are available there.
In principle, there is still the option of using the common rooms for lunch breaks together with colleagues.
We support our customers in all important matters relating to tenancies and ensure that vacant flats are let.
We know our portfolio like the back of our hand and react purposefully and in line with current circumstances. Particularly with regard to construction costs, interest rates and rents, nobody can fool us.
Numbers play a major role in our daily work. We keep an eye on statistics and key figures and manage income and expenditure.
We build and develop the neighbourhoods of tomorrow; always with the aim of making our building stock sustainable and climate-neutral.
We are the first point of contact for our customers and ensure that not only the IT but also everything in and around our company building runs smoothly.
We ensure that our tenants feel comfortable in their homes and that the residential complexes are maintained, clean, safe and green.
The staff departments ensure that the company and its employees continue to develop and make a customer-orientated and social contribution to our tenants.
Cooperation between the various departments pays off when plans become reality. Every single step is important so that people in Darmstadt and the surrounding area can find a beautiful home.
